what is it that i am looking at?

i really like the second shot although it looks like a bloody stick. i suppose (and hope!) its just the way it was stained or painted.

i really like the contrast in the bottom picture!

The first one is the side of an old building. The second shot is a pipe of a concrete Silo. Thanks for the comment.
