Unique Camera Accessories?

What are some unique camera accessories you all know about? I can give such examples as for cell phones they have keyboard cases, battery cases, etc. What do they have as add on's for cameras that enhance their usability besides for the usual neck straps, battery grips, etc?

I like the varioius pipe-, table-, and door-clamp devices to use for mounting a camera, or a light. Most of mine are older and out oif proiduction, but there have been some good, new ones made over the last 15 years.

I don't know if this qualifies but when I shoot weddings I use a flash bracket that keeps the flash directly over the camera lens for either horizontal or vertical shots. This keeps the flash shadow directly behind the subjects. I have one something like this one.
