University Work Moviment Photo

University work. 1th year university photography work, "moviment" work photo. It is me on the photo, I did on the time of the camera,I got tired of doing,of dancig,moving a lot,easy to do it took me about 2days to and more then 200 shots to get the a shot that a liked, but i really had this idea im my mind,and i wanted to do it!Soo i did!and it was only one of the 4 photos that had to do for this final work in the university.The noise is part of the idea to make the photo look old,i think woks with the mood.

Thank god for digital.
It once took me three hours with 756 shots to finally get *1* which I liked. Kept moving the light, playing with shadows, subject, etc.

I feel your pain / relief / pride.

The noise works with the subject matter, gritty, rock, etc. the low contrast is a little plain though.
I would trying lightening the lights, deepening the shadows just a bit, giving more shape.

Other than that, I like. Works well.
Keep at it.

What equipment / settings did you use?

I had nothing much to do, so I did a few adjustments to go along what I was talking about.
Lowered the contrast, deepened the shadows a tad, higher lights, implied vignetting.

I used a Nikon d40 and my ISO it was the much power I can use in a D40 I don't remember how much it goes I think about ISO800 or more so could have the noise in the photo not having to do later on the computer.

I don't see a big diufference but look nice too...Thanks
