Upgrading My Foundation

What Head do you guys recommend me using? I will be getting the 70-200 soon and a heavier body, so I need to upgrade my tripod and head.I will also be doing video's as well, so I should get a fluid head right? Are there any drawbacks to a fluid head? I already have a mindset on this tripod Manfrotto 055XPROB Aluminum Tripod Legs (Black) 055XPROB B&H

But also, I move around a lot so should I go Carbon Fiber? How about this one?

Do you guys have any preference? My budget is under 400 hopefully. I just came across some money to raise my budget.

I just got a sweet manfrotto cf tripod for christmas. I dont remember the model but will check when Im home. Its great. Although Im also in the hunt for a good head

EDIT: Its a 190CX3. And its a boss.
