Man, I totally missed that the new 16-35 has a 77mm filter ring. I may need to replace my 17-40 now. . . . . . . or maybe I'll wait on the mythical 12-24. . . . . . .

RE: The photo the Lee Filters people used, just so happens to be a photo of one of my state's most famous landmarks, Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach, and to the left, one of what is called "the needles". There are two similar monoliths on the Oregon Coast, both called Haystack Rock. The one at Tolovana State Park is very close to shore. Here it is this past summer, from the closest angle to the filter package photo that I have on-line!
