Urban Back to School-My first pics here. Need some c/c

These are a from a back to school session I did today. He's a pretty stuborn kid and doesn't like his pictures taken. Let me know what you think. I need some c/c. I've been doing portraits for about a year now, have learned on my own, and reaching out now to learn from others.
These were my favorites.

2. Not the best "pose" but a genuine smile goes a long way imo.

To help encourage feedback from others, this might help. Most will not click on photographs that are linked taking them off the forum.

Its against the law to take someone's picitures when they don't want it taken.

Also, it appears that the herds of paparazzi out there missed it.

lol. I'm screwed then. I'm constantly being hired to take pictures of kids who don't want their pictures taken.

it should be against the law to be that dumb. anyway I think #3 is the best of the bunch. good shots

It's hard to see the eyes in #1 and #2. Tilting the hat back may have helped there, or some fill flash. In #1 I would have pulled him away from the background so that the wall wouldn't be so sharp, but that's a personal preference. I agree that #3 is the strongest of the set, but still overall good images.
