Behind the Historical Society in Buffalo, New York is a Japanese Garden. It covers a hill that stretches from the building down to a small lake, and continues over a series of islands in the lake. I can't say if it's authentic in design, but it's a lovely, peaceful place to spend a few minutes.

There are some very intense, deeply saturated colours in the second.
I am not surprised you like to be here, it looks like a beautiful place. Japanese gardens usually are designed so you really enjoy what you see and feel relaxed and calm (I think... not that I'd be an expert on anything Japanese at all!)
