Business question: Do you give your clients CD's? If so where do you buy and how do you package? Do you give your clients USB drives? if so where do you buy and how do you package?

A buddy of mine used to order USB drives with a custom logo he designed himself from Vistaprint, said he always had good luck with them. If your going the CD/DVD route I guess it would depend on the volume your producing, unless your doing quite a few my guess is you'd probably be better off getting your own labeling kit and going the DIY route.

Although I don't have 'clients' per se, when I want to give someone a CD of photos they may be interested in such as the "Festival of the Giving Trees" (2 weeks from now), I use white, ink jet printable CDs (or DVDs) and print an image I have taken with appropriate title/date information printed as well and put it into a cheap, thin, plastic CD/DVD case with a clear top. I buy them in quantity at Amazon. Having printers that can print directly to CD (2 Epsons) makes it quite easy to do.

CD/DVD's - I use Verbatim white inkjet printables and put them in clear disk covers.
USB's - I use customised VistaPrint ones ... but I only get them when there is a special on

I give customized crystal flash drives from photoflashdrive.com.

I order DVDs from Millers. They cost $7 plus the $10 for the case but they look good and cheaper than anything I could find USB wise (since I dont order bulk, case by case basis).
