That boat looks awfully close to that jetty of rocks, but then I guess thats what they have to do to train isn't it - get in close for rescues. I know one thing, I sure wouldn't want to be a passenger on that boat! LOL Nice action shot.

These guys are amazing to me. At first I thought that it was all guts. Then I learned just how skilled the Surfmen are in reading the waves, and how to transit them safely in order to perform a rescue operation.
