Using downloaded actions

I downloaded a bunch of actions a while back and can not figure out how to use them in PS2. How do I open these actions in the Actions window?

Open up the actions pallet, in the corner is an arrow/triangle. Clicking that brings up the options for the pallet. You should have 'load actions' in there. Use that to navagate to and choose the actions you want to load.
