I love the idea of the first two, but the pipe above her head distracts me from really enjoying the picture. I don't quite understand the 3rd one and it seems to be for the most part OOF except for a small part of her hand.

Keep shooting! And no, it's not too early at all

I like #2 more as she is not hidden, looks more personal this way. #1 would make for a nice card cover

I'm not getting the Valentines Day's feel, not sure what a youg girl with balloons has to do with Valentines

You have a nice idea, it just needs some tweaking.
#1. You need to crop out the wire and box from the top. It distracts more than it adds to the shot. You might also try moving her off center. A cute smile sneaking through the balloons would finish the shot off nicely. That is my vision of how the shot might work.......but it might not be yours....=)

In the first, the wire box frames and makes the picture for me, without it the frame extends forever and will make the girl infinitely small and seemingly insignificant. I disagree very strongly and feel it is essential. It adds context and provides a "school yard feel". IMO, the first is perfect.

In the second however the conduit is too significant, and is definitely distracting. The pose looses a sense of shyness, and as such you loose the Valentine message; it becomes just a girl with balloons.

The last is ok, but the crop bothers me. I don't know if it would work otherwise. The bokeh is also distracting, not that it's "bad" in other situations but with these contrasting colors it's not working for me. The concept is also a bit too cliche for my taste.
