Variety of snow pics..C&C please!

#1 is a 90 degree turn with a steep hill going up the left-hand side. If you were to take this picture, how would you better the composition? I see that it's not really interesting by composition, but I'm not exactly sure how I could improve it.

Are you suggesting to adjust the white balance on the edit or the original? I assume the edit. Is this better?

Or is it still too blue? Thanks for pointing out that brown spot..I fixed it in this edit.
