Very new to this, assortment of pictures, C&C please?

1 what's that streak in the sky? crop this one so the bridge comes closer 2 i like the composition here. street light is too bright, although it does a nice job of lighting the tree. the legs should have been in the frame. 3 is a great subject, exposure and lighting is right on. i would like to see less foreground and more sky. the building is cut of on the top which is always bothersome.
