On P&S cameras that have video, why is 15fps SVGA video better than 30fps VGA(640x480)? Isnt 30 twice of 15?
Thus, at 15fps wouldnt the video look like a Charlie Chaplin film, sped up as 1/2 frames are missing? And why not use the standard 24fps used in movies?
