At park today for lunch. Very nice memorial, put in about 5 years ago and was still in use up to installation. I guess their taking mannequins out in a couple weeks. I talked with the guy who helped with the installation. I thought B & W conversion worked well with these given the era.

Hey, a Dustoff. Don't know how it is today, but back then, those Dustoff guys couldn't buy themselves a drink.

PS- A slower shutter speed could get you some rotor-blur.

Vietnam was the television war, so the black and white treatment works for it to some extent, not everyone had color sets yet.
Might be fun to add some rotary blur to the rotors on this too.

Have to look that one up. I hate editing in software. I use Gimp, so I may investigate further. Thanks for the comments. I also thought of making it look like old color film as well.

No, it is a monument, it's fixed. Those are mannequins inside.
