the rocks in the front are definitly a big distraction being out of focus.. crop them out and make a panorama... that will help the focus but it's just a matter of opinion if someone likes such a dramatic low angle shot also i'd add some more contrast and saturation to the sky, to reduce the blown out sections

This is a very good shot. The low angle and composition work very well. I agree about cropping out the oof rocks, that will not take away from the foreground. Also, the color is a little washed out from the sun. ...ahh, the leaves are starting to turn.
I hike the Catskill creeks, and this could be from one of them, very nice.
