Hi,

My favourite pose is by far the second one, it shows a refreshing thought process on your part, the first pose is a little mainstream for me given the nature of the photo.

That said, I don't think the lighting in the second one is good, I feel the position of the lamp has flattened the face. In the first photograph, there is great depth to the subject but this is lacking in the second where the subject looks very 2 dimensional.
