I like this picture but it needs something. I need your opinion.

There is a lot going on in the background. maybe trying a lower angle and shallower depth of field.

Try recropping it again. Give a just a little more space on the lower right, and take some from the upper left. Use the rule of thirds to place the subject in the lower right.

Try to darken it up a bit, it's still over exposed. Her left leg is almost all white. See if you can color it up a bit with some saturation. Bump up the contrast a good little bit as well, try to make the subject pop, just a little from the sidewalk.

Since your info says your photo's are okay to edit I took the liberty and did a quick edit job to show you what I was talking about. I didn't have the original shot, but if I did I would have cropped it in the lower right just to where the curve in the sidewalk is visible, and maybe added a little room below the girl.
