Looks like a snapshot to be honest... a little washed out and crooked, and of course the subject is centered. After viewing and smiling at the 'walking beer' the buildings became more interesting to me.

All in all not a bad shot, but nothing that makes me go 'wow'.

Nice composition, but something about it is definitely lacking. Perhaps some post production to spruce it up a bit.
