Watch out Cowboy

Another one from the Rodeo. Let me know what you think or if there is anything I should adjust in post.

At first glance, I have some trouble determining the subject. I'd like to see this shot much tighter, and ideally from a lower angle. Hope the rider was OK!

It's over sharp to view at this size. The contrast is pretty heavy with a lot of blacks.

I'd crop tighter trying to eliminate the gate or whatever right in front of the viewer. It REALLY distracts.

I've only shot the rodeo once or twice and it's enough to keep you on the edge of your seat. I did find that sitting up a bit in the bleachers and using my zoom was better than trying to sit ring side!

I don't think there is a seat in the house for a rodeo where you aren't eating dirt!

I was using a rental lens or I would have got down by gate but the mud was really flying. I will try a new crop and lower contrast and black.
