Waterfall & creek shots

Took a friend out today doing some photography. Here's a few that I took the waterfall turned out nice. The others were a bit meh.

I wish i had areas like this around me...if there is I cant find them haha. I like the first one but the color seems flat to me. Maybe a different compositon with a little more sky and less greenery on the sides...or maybe move more to the left of the waterfall and shoot it at more of an angle instead of straight ont? Im not sure, but i do like them.

Nice shots, if it was a sunnier day, the contrasts would have been better I think. I really want to get an ND8 filter, have you tried one of those? They make water shots look amazing, have a search for ND8 photos.

While the setting is fabulous, your first few are overexposed, and there are some focusing issues?

Get out there again Get your settings on the camera proper, and you will see a world of difference. Shooting into bright skies will give you blown out skies
