Week 1 of 52

This is my picture for my first week of my 52 week project. I know, I'm technically late, but I decided to base my weeks Monday-Sunday so I'll have the weekends for my primary shooting and editing.

Beautiful light and composition.

The leading lines of the cliff lead right to that lone tree... nice. If this were mine I'd make a second RAW conversion for the sky to avoid what looks like clipped yellows and clipped highlights right above the horizon.

Like reznap I like the colors and leading lines. As he pointed out the clear sky areas of white and yellow look blown out, and the clouds in the sky lack much interesting detail, but that is something you have no control over so can't fault you about that in the least.

I like the composition. I recommend you edge-burn the sky a bit just to keep the eye from running out of the frame.
