Weekend plans

What have you all got planned?

My wife is away, so I will be looking after a sick puppy and taking photographs in and around the home.

My list of shots include a nighttime HDR of the home (not too OTT though).
Some doggy portraitures.
And I may experiment with some interior real estate pics if I can get the speedlights set up right.

That's about it - besides lurking on here!

tonight i eat cheese fries, wings, and a banana split.

tomorrow i shoot a friends wedding shower and sit at home alone all night twiddling my thumbs.

sunday i attend niece's 3rd birthday.

Vintage races at Mid-Ohio. I'm hoping to go tomorrow, though depending on the weather, I might postpone til Sunday.

Today I get shots for school.

Tomorrow I chill around my new apartment and continue to unpack.

Sunday we try our first church in the new area.

I'd like to try to do some portraits of my my husbands cousin that's staying with us for the summer, we were supposed to do them last night but I was exhausted!.

I'm thinking of driving into DENVER to hold the camera I am leaning towards. I'm not sure if they stock it though, and I HATE driving. So that is a big "maybe"

Other than that- DH works this weekend so it will the the same as a weekday for us. Cooking, cleaning, helping the 6 year old with school work and yoga to keep me sane at the end of the day. ;-)

I'm going to the pub a drinking loads of real ale tonight and tomorrow night and Sunday going to an arts market with music and street food and beer so will shoot a few rolls of street photography

I hear the vintage race at Indy this year was fantastic. Last time I went there, though, I vowed I wouldn't go back until I could score credentials -- it's murder shooting through all the fencing they've got up there.

Going to the Nike outlet in Park City, UT. My wee heathen needs new shoes. Then maybe the Hogle Zoo.
Dunno...we have a festival (Flaming Gorge Days) but I'll probably skip that.

I gotta mow the grass too... bummer.

Wife's in Nashville, with grand baby.
Today. Mop the entire house, do laundry, feed the animals, including me.
Round two. power was the porches..chicky poop oh my. and power wash where the goats hang out, goat poop oh my.
Take a long, long hot shower.
Bake bread and make BBQ Tofu w rice for supper.
And meet the kids in Hazard to fetch wife back this evening.
When in the world am I going to be able to photograph anything. Later Ed

Well I was planning on staring into the dark abyss of my soul. Unfortunately though, couldn't get tickets - they were all sold out. So I thought, huh - well ok then, I guess roller skating might be an alternative. Then I remembered what happened the last time I strapped a set of wheels to my feet, and decided to just say the heck with it and head to the zoo instead.

So.. Zoo trip! Lol

Family reunion is tomorrow. I made smoke-roasted pork loin and homemade BBQ sauce. Tomorrow morning I will make deviled eggs before we shove off.
