I'll probably take in a movie with the Mrs, then as usual go a-wandering with the camera - felt really stale lately, I appear to hit the photographic brick wall .. I think I am just rushing things and not taking to the time to think it through, look more, shoot less may work..

My biggest shoot to date! I'll be covering the Sparks watercross event all day Saturday, and Sunday evening. Have a much smaller shoot for a drift event Sunday morning as well.

Interesting thread!

Vintage races at Mid-Ohio. I'm hoping to go tomorrow, though depending on the weather, I might postpone til Sunday.

My boyfriend and I usually go to the vintage races at Lime Rock in CT. Love it. Actually, since both of us dislike crowds, we often go to the practice day before the actual races. Much more relaxing but you still get to see the cars running. It's always amusing when they get to the class with American muscle cars and Minis. They run down the straights and you wonder why they were mean enough to throw the Minis in, but then they hit the bends and the Minis start dancing around everyone else and it gets fun again

As for me this weekend, I've got random errands and puttering around the house today and dinner with my boyfriend. Tomorrow we'll go into Manhattan for a Slovenian wine and vodka tasting (my boyfriend's father imports), also to do a little street shooting.

Sunday I might be getting together with my sisters for brunch. We usually go every month, but we've been kind of slack this year. I say "might" because they are crap at responding to email so it's often unclear what the plans are until the day before. I'm hoping they'll get to see my Polaroid show - Sunday is the last day the studio has 'viewing hours' and I have to show up anyway, but it would be nicer with sisters!

I need to mow the lawn tonight and then maybe get some long exposure or even Astro shots (if the clouds are gone.). Saturday, I have a real estate shoot in the morning and then we have friends coming over for the City fireworks display that evening, (which I'll be taking photos of). Sunday, not sure about yet.

Hell I'd hit the zoo up too, but with a 12-24, 35 & 50 Prime.... I'm either getting great pics, getting in big trouble or being mauled by something I thought at the time "would be a great idea"

Weekend will be nix for me as we will be picking up our rottenweiler back from the vet, don't know which time of the day yet...depending on when he is good to be picked up, maybe later in the afternoon. He had a knee operation early afternoon today and is currently on sedation and IV. If he is not allowed to go home tomorrow, then we'll be allowed to visit him. We will be waiting with bated breath. Sunday, start of rehabilitation and healing -- 10 weeks -- if we get to pick him up tomorrow afternoon. Monday will be more of a happy day -- I get to get the package I ordered at B&H, some lenses. That'll will make up for the weekend...
