For this week’s challenge, let’s focus on water. Post photos of water in any form you want. Shoot some waves, look for puddle reflections, turn on your lawn sprinklers during golden hour, check out the local pond or lake at sunrise, shoot through a rainy window, catch your dog in a shake after a swim or try an abstract.

Great! I'm in the 1000 Island region of New York for the week. I'm sure I can find some water up here somewhere.

I'll endeavor to get something that focuses specifically on water but I took this today and, for me, the Heron's left wingtip in the water makes this image more interesting. Not only can they fly over water, they can walk on it too!

My Weekly Challenge photo last week was monsoon rainwater, so I wanted something different this week. We'd heard about a Coffee Shop with tables in a river, so headed there today to take some photos.

Nicely done. I like the juxtaposition of the tree branch and falling rain. Nice choice of shutter speed in my opinion.
