Not sure how abstract this is but saw it on the walk home from the gym.
Reminded me of Buffett's "Come Monday" and the line:
"I spent four lonely days in a brown L A haze.. "
Except I live 2500 miles from L. A. and we still get their haze.

it’s unreal that the haze from the west coast wildfires has reached the east coast - we have it here too. It may mean the early end of Milky Way season around here.
Come visit me in China in the winter, we will go to Beijing and you literally can not see 20 feet in front of you. Happens all of the time.
