It was late evening, dark and I'm looking for any excuse to use the new camera. I enjoy experimenting with the Lumecube so I took it and placing it face up on the floor covered it with copy paper and then took a drinking glass filled halfway with water and placed that on top. The glass is clear with some yellow glass in the base. I stood directly above it in the dark and took the shot with a nifty fifty.

Note: I mistakenly inserted and old image (actually scanned from a 1980-ish slide) so this is definitely not a new picture. I will delete it if requested. My brain hurts.

Interesting composition in that the purple flower comes back into focus at the edge of the image. I'll have to remember that.

We could do two, but we only do one. Instead of a double bean crop our current rotation always involves planting bluegrass behind beans and then harvesting the grass seed the next summer.
