I would tend to emphasize the important parts like his face and de-emphasize the brighter wall behind him.
The reflections are interesting but don't add to the connection between them, imo.

I was about to comment that a landscape frame would be better and I saw traveler's edit.. this looks much better and makes a good photo to a great photo for me.
