Young lady, I will have you know that this was built by one of the oldest and most respected ship building firms in the world, Gaudy & Gaudy of London. The design was the brain child of two famous shipwrights, William M. Garish and J.P. Catchpenny.

I know for a fact that the Queen used it at least once to get from Windsor to Greenwich to relaunch Cutty Sark. She might also cruise along the Thames during Her Diamond Jubillee. But I really doubt She got any further than East London. It is a river barge after all.

(P.S. By "she" I meant the barge. As opposed to "She" when referring to Her Majesty. Excuse my English )
