Western Digital My Cloud series?

Hi all,
I'm considering getting the 2TB version of this storage device and wondered if anyone had any experience of it (or it's previous 'My Book' series)?

It looks the goods for storing photos and showing them to people when away from home (on phone or other device) but just not sure how quick it would be if someone wanted to download a large file such as a video file..

I have three of the My Book models. They've been reliable and have not crashed. The My Book offers decent size/price.

My NAS is the older Buffalo Terastation. It serves files pretty fast.

thanks for such a quick reply!

How do you find accessing your photos away from home, is it as quick and efficient as WD make out?

Also I take it you are able to view photos and videos on the cloud without transferring to a computer?

After some quick calculating I've figured I would get just under half a million RAW photos on the 2 TB model so would likely use it as a storage device for other file types as well..
