What A Cheater

So I just need to VENT!
I am attending a weekend workshop that has 2 day classes. 1 day photography, posing ect and the second day basic editing in light room. I’m a fan on their Facebook page and they have a competition going to get to 100likers. If you referred the most people you would get one day free. (worth $250). In fairness they asked that you don’t add random likers – so I only asked locals.
Here is where I get cranky!!! There is a professional photographer attending the workshops – which I find strange, as it is more so a beginners workshop. She has a Facebook page and 370 likers, she posted on her wall every 20 minutes for her likers to go to the link and put her name down. At one stage I was winning, but alas she has whooped my butt. They reached 100 and I went back to her Facebook page – to make myself feel better by counting all the times she had to post it up on her wall and GUESS WHAT – She deleted all but one! How unfair! Do I tell the people running it she cheated? I do have to go to this workshop with her… maybe I should just keep my mouth shut?
What do you all think? What would you do?

I think you've done what you needed to - vent. While annoying, you cannot prove any of this and would only make you seem like a sore loser. You would also most likely have to explain this to them and her and it could get messy and stressful while you are trying to have fun. It was not directed at you personally she just wanted to save money like everyone else and found a way to get her friends involved. I would say it's not worth the bother.

Call her out as a cheatin ***** and post to crackbook telling everyone how awful and what a cheater she really is.

And I'm kidding of course. Think what you want of her but really doesn't matter what she does. Don't let her influence what you take from the course and how you build clientele. Its a waste of good energy that could be directed elsewhere.

Thanks for the advice guys! I'll take Dee's & Jim's and I think I'll leave the rest..... Unless you want my next post to be "OMG I got 2 black eyes at a photography workshop". I'm only little, and after I posted here the guy running the comp changed the rules from the first 100 likers to most referred in a week. She went off! posting stuff like "its not fair, I won" "you made me waste my time" etc, etc. It was full on! and I realised that she is 100% crazy and If I like my face the way it is, its probably best that she win!
.....And YES, talk about a waste of time. I was checking crackbook all day.

I'll give you all an update after I attend the workshop!
