What am I looking for?

I know I saw something like this a while back but can't seem to come up with a search phrase that takes me to what I'm looking for.

I have a yashica that has an external shutter release. so I use what's called a leica nipple to use my cable release. unfortunately this is on the corner of the taking lens and gets in the way unless i pull it back pretty hard. What i'm looking for is a right angle adapter so that it does't get in the way.
