Does anyone what type of insect this
I would of said a fly but it seems to have a stinger

Taken with a 18-55 while on one foot and then cropped at 100% zoom
Don't be to hard on me for barley having him in focus

that aint the sharpest lens in the bag either! oh youre a nikon-er. my 18-55 kit is crap maybe yours is too. very intersting looking fly though. but i know nothing about what kind it is sorry!
