What do you do with your photos?

I've been making things that may be similar to what NateS calls a "portfolio book". When I see that I've taken a stack of photos with a similar subject or theme that seem to fit together, I edit mercilessly to eliminate the ones that aren't as good, reprocess where I think I can improve, and then print them all with a number and title on each and have Staples bind it with plastic covers. I include a list of the photos with date and place for each, so it serves as a sort of index for me as well. Since I print mostly on Epson Enhanced Matte, the pages are pretty sturdy, and I have the prints to show on the surface that seems to work best for the stuff I do.
