Im a waiter. something like that happened to me. I would just go to the kitchen, read what the card is for and throw it out, unless it would say, "call now and you get a 1200mm lens for free" lol. I would just be happy with the tip. so No I wouldnt call.

Wow, that is a difficult one, especially if you are a waitress. It comes down the question of whether he is just a guy who is using a unique way to try and meet women or whether he is an aggressive predator with money to burn. If you are the woman, safety is the issue, especially since you really know nothing about the guy. skieur
