what is that?

i need help with a picture.. you can see the end of his nose im not sure if he got it off the ground as he was sitting there or what.. could be a booger who knows i guess thats what kids do.. but can someone tell me how to fix it? i have photoshop 7 but know nothing about it as ive said before.. i have a few good ones of him that i would like to keep but after this spot he had that on his nose and for some reason i didnt notice it and no one pointed it out lol

Just zoom right in and use clone stamp + healing brush tool. I don't know if they have that in Photoshop 7. If you had CS5 the content-aware feature would've really been handy.

Do you have Aperture, Lightroom, or similar photo-editing programs? Those usually have brushes that can fix your problem right up.
