What is this?

Could anyone tell me what this is? Type of camera(?), rough age? Anything at all to be honest!

Not a camera, it's part of an enlarger for making prints in the darkroom. Most likely made in the 40's or 50's (?).

Yes,definitely the top part of an enlarger, the lens is an early Wray 2 inch made in London, my first enlarger had the same lens.
