Black Rock Desert, Nevada. The worlds largest temporary city is built and taken down without a trace. 50,000 super creative people. Only thing you can buy is ice and coffee. Porta pottys are graciously supplied.

Wales , or Austrialia. Love the photos I have seen from my friends there. I have a friend who lives in Cardiff , in Wales...all I need is the $$$ for a plane ticket...and Im gonzo.

You really don't want to spend too long in Wales. It's the ass end of beyond. I know I used to live there.

Pretty much anywhere. My dream is to sell all my stuff and get a VW van, convert it to a mini RV, and just drive away. Of course, I'd have to trade the 2 cats and 2 snakes for a dog, and convince the boy to come along with me, even though I prefer going solo.

For me, it is the castles I have always wanted to photograph there.

We're going to Istambul next year, second time for me....I've visited 49 different countries and as a final choice it would be anywhere in the Caribbean, Mexico being high on the list. The people there are great!! and of course the beaches, both side of the country.:mrgreen:

Try to ignore the fake castles. Cardiff castle is a fake castle - there was nothing left of it and it's a 1960s reconstruction in ugly stone blocks.

We have some fantastic mountainbiking in New Zealand, but yes I'd love to go to Whistler too.

Hahaha - Everyone saying Iceland, I've been wanting to go there recently as I thought it was somewhere 'differant'. I've travelled quite a bit but mostly to popular destinations so I thought I was being a bit alternative - still everyone else I know isn;t into photography so they still think I'm nuts wanting to go there!

Aside from that I want to travel around New Zealand a bit more, I live here but mainly stay around the top of the South Island and Bottom of the North Island.

Going to Cairns Australia for a couple of weeks soon to take a break from work, should be some great photo ops there, been before but didn't have a dslr.
