What Photoshop to buy... and WHERE?

I would recommend getting either CS2 or CS3. Elements is a program that does not give you the flexibility that CS2/3 gives you. You soon will be wishing you spent the money and purchased photoshop.

If you are going to buy photoshop I would say just spend the money and get CS3. The new tools and features make the program far superior to all earlier versions. Both in ease to use, updated tools, and added perks. The new raw processing, stitch feature, and black and white conversions are just a few of the amazing updates

You will not be disappointed.
