What point and shoot digital to buy

I have always used 35mm camera's and would like to get a nice Nikon D7000 digital SLR some day but due to financial reasons am not even close to doing so. I am wanting to buy a really nice digital camera to use for my family and when we go to the park, having a decent video camera would also be benifical---I'm looking for something for around 200.00 if this would be possible. I was looking at the canon, nikon or the fujifilm, Thanks.
