What side do I USE?

​I'm new to this forum and would like to thank all for the tips and information offered here. I've benefited enormously.
I'm new to DSLR, but with my prior (amateur) experience with SLR's, I'm catching on fast.
I'm in the process of setting up a simple studio in my basement. To date I have a SB700, a halogen studio light, couple
light stands, 1 umbrela a 5 in 1 reflector with stand.
Today I just received a 6' by 9' chromakey white backdrop. The order arrived with two pieces of fabric. One kind of bed sheet
material, the other a sort of thin translucent fiber material.
Questions, why two pieces? which one goes in front? and because they were shipped all folded up, what can I do to eliminate
all the creases?

If it's what I'm thinking (sounds similar to something I've ordered before) the "sheet" goes in front and the translucent one goes in back. I think the idea is that as the light goes through the material, this back piece reflects it back onto the main material so you don't end up with see through spots.

As for the wrinkles, you can iron it, you can steam it or you can spray it down with a squirt bottle of water and let the wrinkles "relax" as it dries.

As an aside, be careful when you mix the light from your flash with the light from your halogen. The light from the flash is likely a lot cooler and might have to be gelled to get the same colour as your halogen. (If this is not important to you then simply ignore this post and go have some fun with your new toys.)
