What the hell is a sausage McMuffin?

I just ordered a Sausage McMuffin With egg, An I got just a sausage McMuffin! NO EGG! :x According to the wrapper such a thing does exist. Who knew?

I knew about the sausage biscuit, but not the sausage muffin.

On the upside, when you buy the combo, coffee only ends up costing a dime!

Well I went to McDonald's for breakfast and still had to cook some eggs. I think that is somehow a metaphor for my life.

I thought about going back, but I didn't make this discovery until I got home, and I was hungry and I thought it would be more fun to post it on TPF than drive back to McDonald's. Plus 2eggs are cheaper than the gas it takes to drive back there.

Being from mcdonalds, I can assure you two things:
1. There's no sausage involved
2. There's no muffin involved

The McMuffin always has egg on it.
Asking for one with egg probably just confused the order taker and they assumed you said "without".

You all are mean towards McDonalds!!! They may be bad for you and probably aren't made from what they say they're made from, but they are sooooo yummy...

My advice to you is to scrap the sausage McMuffin, and go with the greatest piece of food ever made... the Egg McMuffin...

I really don't like food, I just eat to stay alive. But the Egg McMuffin is so good, it'd be my last meal if I was on death row.

I'm on the other side, I like sausage mcmuffin better than egg mcmuffin. That being said, they do not serve those here in UAE!

Here here!! I completely agree.. I used to love Big Mac's. But I tried to eat one awhile ago and thought I would be better off throwing up, so I went over to Burger King and got a whopper jr. At least that was somewhat decent tasting food.
