What the hell is wrong with my Camera?

A real newbie!
All the photos I've taken look like this, all fuzzy and unclear

Your ISO is set to 12,800 - that would explain most of it.

And still underexposed on top of it. You need light, lots more light.

Digital noise caused by high ISO setting. Go manual, or on your camera you can set a limit on whats the max the auto setting can be, to prevent this.

The ISO is effectively the gain/amplication applied to the sensor, a lower figure will therefore cause less noise, but require a stronger (brighter) input. Use a lower ISO and get more light - flash etc for best results.
