What type of lens is this?

My Sigma 15-30mm has a fixed hood like that Nikon, but my Sigma is far more versitile as it's not a fixed aperture. Price is far lower also - I found mine for $250 on Ebay, new-in-box with warranty. Not so good with flaring when sun is in or near frame, but tack-sharp and nice colors.
