I want nikon to include focus bracketing, where i can set the distances +/- to bracket the focus, similar to exposure bracketing.

I have the D5100.
Would like it to have:
Internal focus motor
Same "commander" abilities for ocf as the D7000
Better on-camera controls
Basically, I just want a D7000. At the D5100 price.
