Interesting, but I would really like to know what it all is, other than a tree with a bunch of fuzzy plants on a hill side around it.

It's not a tree, it's the same fuzzy plant thing. It's some type of cereals next to the st-laurence river on a windy day.
Theres a different angle of those same plants, I really like the way they move with the wind!

Needs some work with the curves to bring out the contrast that IS in the shot. As is, it looks flat.

And it's called pampas grass.
