No I dont own copyright. Now what? Am I gonna get prosecuted and get the death penalty?
And btw, I don't know the source of this image, its countless of them @ google images..I don't know where the original is, and even if I did, I would still use the image. I'm not gonna let some old guys who wrote that **** 200 years ago decide if I can use this image or not.

Beside, the US laws doesent concern me at all, I'm from Norway and follow the Norwegian law, which clearly state that "taking a creation and make something new out of it, is perfectly legal." This image is edited by changing both brightness and contrast, so its nor original or copyright claimed.
When I dont break Norwegian rules, nothing can be done...but sure, if you really wanna ban me from the site, be my guest.

And one last thing, do you really think that the journalist that took this image got something against me using it here? Is he sitting home like "amg you took my picture now you'll get the death penalty." I would reply: sir, there is nowhere on this picture where you say its in ur copyright. I dont think Bieber care either, the more places you place his face, the more advertise about his image. Why would he or the journalist care for a second?

You really are just ignorant though, as you realize that the death penalty doesn't get handed out for copyright infringement. But even so, you didn't commit copyright infringement, it's against the SITE rules. Meaning THIS WEBSITE specifically. So you made yourself just look like an idiot because this isn't about "American Law" versus "Norwegian Law". It's simple forum site rules. If you had just posted a link to the image, there would be no issue, but you didn't exhibit the intelligence required to do that I guess.

When you get a chance, check out the Berne Convention. 160+ countries, including Norway, l have signed it.

Since the Internet is international it's very helpful for people to show their location in their profile.

Advocating infringement and pirating of software could posssibly cause someone to be banned.

Every time someone clicks on this thread, whatever web site that image in on can use any number of web site tools to follow the backlinks to it. There is also TinEye.

It wouldn't be the first time some idiot found out the hard way about how the Internet actually works.
