What's your favorite coffee?

I have yet to find a favorite, I'm always trying new brands. The closes for me is Gevalia house blend, but you gotta mix your creamer or half/half and sugar just right otherwise the flavor just goes out the window, so I've been using New England Coffee Colombian Supremo which is a little more forgiving, but doesn't taste as good.

I'm up for trying something else. Whats your favorite? I like medium roast.

I like Yorkshire Tea. Bit of a tea addict as it happens - 15 to 20 cups a day on a good day.

If I drink coffee (never at home) I drink whatever they serve in the Angel.

Out = Starbucks Venti Iced Americano, (There are 3 locations that I don't even have to order when I walk in. They just know) LOL

I bought some Kopi Luwak from the airport in Bali. It was decent but not like mindblowing.
Were they selling fake Kopi Luwak at the airport stores?

LOL ... dunno about fake. But they are now sorta ranching the civets, before it was all free range stuff. It's just different from regular coffee. My normal fare is Colombian Supremo in a French Press.

the problem with ranching Civets is that they'll have to eat whatever coffee you feed them vs picking out the best in the wild. I normally drink tea.
We were going to visit the farms in Ubud but we ran out of time.
I'm not terribly fussed about the blends. I do like a Caffe Macchiato

I'm not partial to any particular brand or variety but I second the brewing methodology and water quality thing. The best coffee I've ever had was when my coffee maker broke and I started using a French press. It's extra work and takes some practice to get it right but it makes a great cup of coffee.

Folgers or Maxwell House, don't really care which. Black, no cream or sugar. Instant or K-cup is fine.
