The solid black area near the bottom gives the impression of a tilted horizon; perhaps a little cloning to eliminate that?

Thanks everyone. I wish I knew how to clone lol. I have a copy of cs5 and have no idea how to use it. The only editing I do is with the software that came with the camera. But I 100% appreciate the comments.

Open CS 5 and then press the F1 key on your keyboard. When Adobe Community Help opens, look for the Getting Started tutorials.

Rather than cloning, I recommend just cropping the black off the bottom, and skipping the text:
