Good composition and lighting. Probably a bit too much pp IMO.
Burning looks a little unnatural, and eyes look super dilute.
could've been the photo but it looks pp.

Depending on how this image is to be used it could definitely be seen as over PPed. As a stand alone artsy portrait, it does not bother me one bit.

The title dose however. I don't see misery here.
